Dryburgh Cycles will attempt to dispatch any item bought from this website within two business days (Monday-Friday) of the order being received and processed. If there is any delay, such as items being out of stock or no longer available, your order will not be processed and you will be notified of the status of your order by email.

Inspection Of Goods

All goods are thoroughly inspected by Dryburgh Cycles before dispatch. In the case of bicycles all bicycles are fully inspected, assembled and repackaged before leaving our premises. This ensures the products reach you in perfect condition. Upon receiving your product please examine the package carefully. If the package is damaged in any way whatsoever please do not accept the package. If you sign for the package we shall then assume the package has reached you in good condition.

Return Of Goods

You may return any unopened goods in original packaging to Dryburgh Cycles within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase for a full refund. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of all goods returned unless you decline to accept a delivery from a courier due to damaged packaging.

If you are returning an item to Dryburgh Cycles due to an error made by Dryburgh Cycles we will pay all shipping costs. Dryburgh Cycles reserves the right to decline any returned goods or costs of returning any goods that have been damaged or are not in the original packaging.
